"This song was written when I finally accepted my brokenness. I accepted that I didn’t know where I was going, and I didn’t know my own heart better than God did, because he made it. This song is me realizing that I need to stop running towards what I think I want, and start chasing the One who wants me.

My portrait items are my journal and a starfish. Being from Vancouver Island, my absolute favourite place is the beach. All my song lyrics come directly from thoughts in my journal, and this particular song was written near the ocean!"
